2.1 About Us

Lunes Travel Services is a tour operator based in Agra, India, specialising in private Taj Mahal and Agra Fort day tours, Golden Triangle (Agra–Jaipur–Delhi) tour packages, outstation cab rentals and hotel stays.

2.2 Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site to submit false or misleading booking information
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or functioning
• Copy, reproduce, or resell our content or tour itineraries without written permission

2.3 Bookings and Confirmation

• A booking request submitted through our website, email, or WhatsApp is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment is received. Online Razorpay payments are confirmed after signature verification; manual bank/UPI payments remain pending until our team verifies the UTR or receipt.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (names as per ID/passport, travel dates, group size).
• Prices quoted are per the itinerary shared at the time of booking and may vary based on group size, season, or monument entry fee changes by government authorities. The amount stored on your booking is calculated server-side and cannot be altered from the browser.

2.4 Payments

• You may pay in full at checkout. Where partial payment is enabled, a down payment of 25% of the total confirms the booking, with the balance payable at least 7 days before the travel / pickup date.
• We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking), bank transfer, UPI.

2.5 Traveller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for holding valid identification/travel documents required for monument entry.
• You agree to follow the guidance of your tour guide/driver regarding timing, safety, and conduct at heritage sites.
• We are not responsible for delays or denial of entry caused by incomplete documentation on your part.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

Lunes Travel Services acts as a tour operator arranging guides, transport, and itineraries. We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, government closures of monuments, weather, or force majeure events)
• Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour, except where caused by our direct negligence
• Changes to monument opening hours, entry fees, or regulations set by government authorities (e.g., ASI)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific tour, cab or hotel booking in question.

2.7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, itineraries, and logos — is the property of Lunes Travel Services and may not be used without our written consent.

2.8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
